To enjoy oneself, to develop the own works in an interesting way for oneself and for the others becomes an important feature also in dark moments of the professional career of oneself.

‘A person is strong in the mind when one remains calm and to enjoy oneself when things are not going well and to remain attached to the trust in oneself and in the team work’.(1)

To be in the condition to point out the situation also in very difficult moments, to be and to confirm to be team leader by requiring to one’s group more efforts even when the missions becomes impossible, becomes a charisma in order to may win the difficulties that come out.

The importance is the mutual respect among the members of the group, to be available to develop a hard work by being certain that every single member of the group acts with the same  intensity in the mutual respect among the fellows by identifying in this attitude professional seriousness and mutual motivation.

To own one or more talents is always important but…..’the talent can let us win a game. The intelligence and the team work can let us win a championship’(2) To believe in us and in the group, to continue to believe in it and not to stop ever, becomes basic to dare better all challenges, though they are impossible.

There will be periods when determined members of the group, the tem leaders are asked for more, the impossible, in order to reach the unexpected results, considering that during the developing of the mission they may come out defeats, and not always all seems to be very simple like  roses and flowers as it is said in Italian, but addressing all efforts to reach a victory. ‘I had signed eleven times winning baskets while the bell was ringing,  and other seventeen times I signed less than ten seconds from the end, but I really missed more than nine thousand  shots in my career. I lost nearly three hundred games. Thirty six times my fellows entrusted me the decisive shot and I made a mistake. In my life a I  failed a lot of times. And it’s for this reason that at the end I won everything.’(3)

In the worst moments to be aware of trying to touch the limit and to understand immediately that with the help of your mind and your fellows you may go beyond, and all this can be reached with the spirit of enjoying to go beyond the limits.

To remember to believe in ourselves, if we do not manage to believe in ourselves, certainly you can not hope that other people do it for us. We should be able to say in determined moments ‘ hey Guys let’s go beyond!!!!’ to be aware that we are nobody and to know our limits, but also to know that nobody must be better than you!

‘The  magic is  to risk all in order to realise a dream that nobody sees….’(4)

The mental ‘performance’ is part of the character, probably you can study it and even improve it, one may be strong of mind if he or she remains calm and enjoys oneself also when things are not going right, and if one is able to loose the trust in oneself and in work developed together with a team, to whom we belong to.

In one word: personality the one who can catch the spirit of enjoy oneself also in the worst moments.
