Quality Assurance and Quality Control
The Quality Assurance is focused towards a consolidation of
Satisfaction stretching as called for in the policy
quality to increase, providing evidence that the requirements in
specifications in order have been met.
This type of activity is to realize through
“Engineering” business processes, a process flow, which arises
since before the acquisition of ‘order, the bidding phase, lasting from
after the delivery of the finished product warranty.
In a word, the Quality Assurance is the “VALUE” of added ‘
Organization.
Quality Control focuses instead on the controls, both in the
acceptance of items, sub-assemblies, assemblies, critical products, etc.. etc..,
continuing until you reach the activity of dispatch of the finished product.
Through this process is to ensure thatthe products / services
bought / sold conform to the specifications of reference.
This activity is expressed through processes: registration, methodologies
sampling (ISO 2859), type testing or acceptance and quant ‘
another may have been required.
Quality control is the hope that the organization is able to provide the
its customers a product / service defects ZERO.
