In order to develop the process of painting until the final phase of the process itself, it is necessary to make a deep analyses of all requirements, both implicit and explicit.

The requirements of a product include the ‘required properties’ by the commitment and the ‘existent bond’,  both under the organization and technological point of view. A correct execution of the analyses of the requirements guarantees since the beginning of the process (planning) the definition of the functional components , as like the materials, the painted products , the characteristics of the film of painting.

The term ‘analyses’ is often used to determine the result of an examination and has as goal the collecting, the planning and the optimizing of the questions made by the customer through an accurate studying of the problem.

If the analyses is done correctly and accurately it is possible to preview and manage the variables that may be influence some indispensable phases of the process.

Following you may find the some requirements that influence directly the process and its subsequent phases:

–         environmental requirements and service of the finished product

temperature, humidity, sun irradiation, direct exposition to atmospheric agents like rain  snow,  hail may influence the choice of the painting product and the applying technology

–         requirements of the painting product:

the belonging  family, epossidic, epossipolyester, polyester poliuretanic as well as the type of  enamel or of powder , influence beside the superficial aesthetic finishing  also the length of life of the product.

–         the characteristics of the film

in terms of mechanical, chemical  resistance and due to the atmospheric agents to warmness the lab test may be  influenced and the range of the results may change accordingly.

–         the requirements of the finishing

the aesthetic aspect and the superficial finishing, a high degree of finishing (smooth) or a high degree of   wrinkled aspect , influence the resistance to the corrosion, and also the removal of the graffiti.
