The Declaration of Conformity EN ISO IEC 17050-1-2
The EN ISO IEC 17050-1-2 is born in order to provide the requirements in general terms that a
supplier must report in its statement of conformity.
The supplier’s declaration of conformity regarding a product or service can be supplemented by a specific reference also to the ISO / IEC 17050 – 2.
A declaration of conformity must contain sufficient information to order that the customer can understand without doubt that the statement refers specifically to the product purchased service.
Minimum contents that a comprehensive declaration of conformity must contain:
“The unique identification of the declaration of conformity”
“Name and number of who issued the Declaration of Conformity ”
“The object of the declaration, name type, batch and date of manufacture, description of the process, etc. etc.. ‘
“Certificate of Conformity”
“Date and place of issue”
The declaration of conformity must always be related to the object of statement and also must be able to find in catalogs, invoices, guides practices, etc.. etc..
