Qualification of operatorsl.

The entire bonding process must be supported by suitably qualified personnel as a result of the criticality of the joint that has been achieved (ref. Special processes – bonding process – Chapter Three).

All operators coinvoltinel process will have to be specially trained in accordance with special regulations, whether they are involved in production, coordination and control.

Finally the bonding process and its overall qualification you must have the following qualifications:

Qualifications of the coordination:

In line with EWF 517-01 European Adhesive Engineer, minimun requirements for the education, training, examination, and qualification of personelle

In line with EWF 516-01 European Adhesive Specialist, minimun requirements for the education, training, examination, and qualification of personelle

Qualification of personnel for bonding:

In line with EWF 515-01 European Adhesive Bonder, minimun requirements for the education, training, examination, and qualification of personelle

Qualification of NDT personnel CND:

In accordance with UNI EN 473 Non-destructive testing – Qualification and certification of personnel involved in non-destructive testing – General principles.

Must be guaranteed all the records on the qualifications including certificates and evidence of the “continuity” of the staff bonding.
