Managers and Ethics
The managers of this time have major difficulties to follow the ethical vision compared to other times and other professional figures.
They work in a period when managers and their organizations are constantly searched to prefer easy ways , to pursuit one’s own interests and not to take care of the effects of their own behavior on the others.
Does the fulfillment of the private interest and the free course of the markets cause actually moral and ethical consequences that are really positive?
Or is the market already more inclined to the libertinage?
On the other hand the markets and the managers where they operate, are they morally correct or do they miss morality?
Is the limit always straight between making perfect gains or being unfair?
When you can corrupt and sell all that is important, when you do not maintain a promise because it is not any more advantageous , when living of expedients becomes a routine and slyness our faith, when the virtue of the human being is determined on how much you gain and how much you waste, then it means that the market is destroying those virtues on which it is based.
Today more than yesterday the necessity is to correct this deviation, this smuggling of values.
It’s desirable to return to virtuous processes, to an Ethical Management, an anchor of salvation of the market in order to avoid the formation of a very corrupted whirlpool that causes its own destruction.
