Organization – Quality
Quality in Organizations Company is the goal that must be achieved, and there is to be said that defining the concept of Quality and often difficult to define, but certainly when we are at the post office, to an emergency room or at any other office supplies services you can easily tell.
There are different categorizations of Quality: planned, designed, delivered, received, compared.
But where is the origin of Quality in Organizations?
Since the time of the pyramids, the concept of Quality was well known, “the craftsman” the time had under control the whole process of quality from design through to get to its realization.
So what is the Quality in Organizations: It ‘a relationship between standardization in order to achieve a product / service that tends to excellence and cost effectiveness to achieve it.
“Quality means for organizations to anticipate customer needs, transforming these needs into a product / service helpful and responsive, and create a system that can produce at the lowest possible price, in order to be a good deal for customers and a profit for the organization “W. Edward Deming
Quality in synthesis can be explained by the balance between utility (product / service) feature (limitation of time and cost) ductility (anticipate, go against the change).
A key aspect of the whole process of quality in organizations is always the customer, no one better delCliente is able to define what are the desired expectations.
“Quality is meeting the customer’s needs and exceed their own expectations by continuing to improve”
William Edwards Deming
But through that “strategic tool” you can get to that goal?
Through the involvement of the suppliers, they must give the contribution to the improvement of the product or service also through the input of new visions, so suppliers will become the strategic resource for the Organization.
“A leader whatever makes others think that the head is extraordinary. A leader is remarkable is that the atria think of themselves to be extraordinary. ” Hagerty
Last but not least is the involvement of corporate resources, the leaders will have to provide evidence that there is consistency between vision and mission and what they really are asked to co-workers, they invest a sense of belonging, and that he is the promoter of the changes in order to better development, understood as an innovation that the organization must continually have, transform mission and vision into reality transform the future in today rivendicandolo him.
The essence of optimism is not only to look beyond the current situation, but it is a vital force, the force of hope when others give up, the strength to hold their heads high when it seems that everything fails, the strength to endure failures, a strength that never leaves the future of their opponents, the future of the claims for itself. (Dietrich Bonhoeffer)
