Supplier Product Quality Development – North of Germany – railway industry
Responsibility:
The candidate will be in charge to evaluate, to develop and to improve the supplier’s quality level and assure the high level the product quality.
Activity:
First Article Inspection in order to assure the quality of the parts and follow the open issues.
Audits to the suppliers, definition and implementation of the action plan in order to meet the customer’s requirements.
Contract :
Freelance. According with the requirements of the project will be defined a rate per day + full covering of the charges (accommodation, transports, meals, phone, internet, etc…)
Period:
Full-time. Minimum six months with the possibility to extend the contract for other six months
Background and experiences
Education:
Technical and/or Quality Engineer
Knowledge:
Quality tools experienced
Processes knowledge on Quality and industrial level
Manage Corrective and Improvement Action
Skills: The candidate will be able to work in Team.
Previous experience: Experience in Supplier Quality Development management and Quality Procedure in the Railway Industry.
Know-how: Process Auditor; Product and Process FMEA; SPC; Problem Solving Methods; PDCA; Trouble shooting; 8D management; KPI’s management;
Language:
Mandatory: German
Desired: English, French.
Location:
Activities are located in North of Germany (Site) and the customer-suppliers.
