The Management and Process Satisfaction
The management must engage in all those activities in order to provide evidence of an increase in the organization’s quality management system, in which it operates, this process of finalizing its commitment to continuous improvement.
The processes to be developed are the following
Process Satisfaction is important that that condition is the reference point for each resource and primary objective to pursue.
Planning the Quality Policy (define target and Directorates-General that the organization must hold in relation to the Quality and express them in a clear and preferably in written form)
Make sure that they are established in a clear and intelligible goals that Quality want to pursue (the objectives of quality and originate from the Quality Policy and I am further specified)
Conduct the reviews (review of the organization at preset intervals)
Define the commitment of resources to achieve the objectives of quality fixed (annual program with careful evaluation of the resources that will be necessary for the organization to achieve the objectives)
