Verification of previous reviews
Feedback information from customers and all stakeholders
Process performance and product conformity
Corrective and preventive actions and their status.
Observations and remarks eventually emerged as a result of the visit of the certification
The review is conducted in order that the objectives of the organization are achieved, the conclusions with all the observations that will emerge will lead to continuous improvement process that every organization must constantly take
The outputs will be:
Implementation of the system of the organization in terms of effectiveness , efficiency and quality of the application process .
Improvement of the product / service that you are going to offer
Planning the allocation of resources in order to achieve the objectives arising from the review
