The term strategy is increasingly used, they all seem guru or manager of the organization, but what it takes to organize a business?

Increasingly important is to have an effective strategy and shared in order to increase their competitiveness on the market, but these strategies in a changing world are so necessary?

“It ‘s important that an aim never be defined only in terms of activities and methodologies.
Should always be directly related to how our lives can be improved by its application … The purpose of a system must be clear to everyone within that system. Must include plans for the future ….. The goal, then, must be a value judgment ”

The strategy is to always find that in pursuit of quality, leading to define a penetrating vision and business mission.

“But organizations, you really know? Know each other and know what is really happening within the organization ”

Fixed points of a strategy are generally: the definition of a plan to follow patterns seen as operating procedures and instructions and what goals we want to achieve.

It happens that then manifest strategies will not be realized perfectly, we can speak that there is a mix of strategies and desired strategies emerged in a “random”, the last to be forcibly brought under control, if possible, as to the occurrence strategies desired and specified will be given a sign that the organization has “full” control over the processes and actions that tend to occur in the company, as it is against the random part that tends to prevail then it is a clear and reliable signal in ‘ organization there is a total loss of control.

The term “strategy” is meant to give direction, trying to change the normal course of events in order to achieve the objectives stated in pursuit of quality, continuous improvement and effectiveness of the quality system, determination of the efforts in order that your business assets, understand effectively all processes and the contents therein reported.

An organization defines primarily a strategy, then draw up a structure that makes it conceivable business development in accordance with the guidelines set out in the strategy involving this path all the resources in order to better determine the direction and speed.

About the rate, in order to achieve the stated objectives do an accurate observation in the development of computer technology this has meant that within the organizations they experience a revolution of digital participation, the changes defined by the strategies of the non- can no longer refrain from confronting the need this technology that the market is increasingly demanding.
