ISO 10015 Guidelines for training

The UNI ISO 10015 focuses on the critical issues that the training process within organizations behind human resources, there must be always manifest a keen interest in the resources and the ability to give evidence to the customers in order the improvement of skills and professionalism of the staff at all levels.

The resources of the organization through their continuous training / refresher demonstrate the interest of or organization to be more customer-oriented and the continuous changes that the market demands.

Continuous improvement can not be separated from the formation of its resources, changing markets, new technologies, organizations require an analysis of expectations and where possible research to anticipate new trends.

This activity, education / training, require careful planning and evaluation of such resources require training, this in order to achieve its objectives.

Training is an activity that is necessary for continuous improvement of the organization and to make training an investment in the company in order to increase / improve effectiveness and efficiency

This normally want to encourage the increase of the performance, compliance and process improvement training they need to improve the quality of the organization about the production delivery of products services.

Organizations must monitor the following activities in order to bridge the gap between the skills that the market is looking for and skills in the organization

Define clearly the training needs of the organization

Define a serious policy design and planning of training

Administration of training needed

Monitoring and evaluation of the results obtained through the training process

For the achievement of the objectives of the training resource, need to get their full involvement otherwise everything becomes useless.

Turn over of employees

Increase and improvement of quality management system and new certifications

Change legislation

Consideration of economic
